Rising Doe is a female-owned creative agency operating at the intersection of sport, storytelling and culture. Founded by industry leaders from organisations including FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League and Olympic Broadcasting Services, the agency exists to create meaningful stories, amplify underrepresented voices and shape the future of sports media.

As the agency launched, we were tasked with creating a brand that reflected both the experience of its founders and the progressive nature of its work. The challenge was to establish a confident and credible presence without relying on the visual conventions of traditional sports marketing.

Working across strategy, identity, art direction and digital experience, we developed a brand built around the idea of elevation — championing the people, stories and perspectives driving sport forward. The resulting identity combines confidence and clarity with a contemporary visual language, creating a flexible foundation for an agency working across content, campaigns, athlete partnerships and original productions.
