Creating pathways through sport

Braveheart Ladies FC exists to do far more than win football matches. We worked with the club to create an identity that reflects its wider mission — helping young women build confidence, opportunity and community through the game.

Braveheart Ladies FC is a women’s football club based in Benin City, Nigeria, dedicated to creating opportunities for young women through sport, education and community. Alongside developing talented footballers, the club provides pathways for personal growth, leadership and future success both on and off the pitch.

As women’s football continues to grow across Nigeria, we were tasked with creating an identity that reflected the club’s broader mission and ambitions. The challenge was to move beyond traditional football branding and develop a visual language that captured the values of courage, resilience and collective progress.

Working across strategy, identity and brand application, we created a modern and flexible identity system built around the club’s commitment to opportunity and empowerment. The result positions Braveheart Ladies FC as more than a football club — a platform for growth, a champion of women’s sport and a community helping shape brighter futures through the game.
